Already have one of our rental marimbas? Want to keep it another session? Add this product to your cart and keep your marimba for another session.

Our rental marimbas are made of softer woods than our classroom marimbas (walnut, maple) allowing for at home practice without disturbing your neighbors. They include one pair of practice mallets (two for families with more than one marimba student) and average to be about $1 per day.

Rental marimbas enhance student learning by allowing students to play during the week while they are away from the classroom. Rentals are available in session (four month) increments.

Rental mbira are available for currently enrolled students. Rentals are availble in one month increments; rental begins the day you pick up your mbira at our studio.

Several different tunings are avaialable (high, standard, marimba, gandanga). Please inquire with your instructor if you are unsure what tuning you desire.
