Multi-Age Beginning Drumming and Dance for Kids
Build foundational musical skills using voices, hands, feet and the West African djembe drum. Children explore rhythm and melody while marching, clapping, dancing, singing, drumming and role playing. Class will move at the pace of the older children, while the teacher engages younger children in basic concepts. Recommended ages: 4-9

Our rental marimbas are made of softer woods than our classroom marimbas (walnut, maple) allowing for at home practice without disturbing your neighbors. They include one pair of practice mallets (two for families with more than one marimba student) and average to be about $1 per day.
