A complete order consists of:

1.  Your Membership Fee (Individual or Family)
This membership fee applies to all classes and camps. Workshops are exempt.
If you are a current Kutandara Center student, you have already paid this fee.

2. The full name of each participant for classes, camps and workshops.

3. Agreement to the student waiver found on the next page.
